FAQ's for Hepatitis

I am looking for information on nutrition , fitness, diet, on fatty liver disease and or hepatitis. I have not been diagnosed, but my liver enzymes are elevated. I am not but maybe 10 pounds overweight, and do not drink, no eating disorders, no diabetes either. My doctor has recommended that I lose weight, but he does not say how much, and he is not even sure if this will work, they keep going up and down.
