FAQ's for Infertility

Is there any vitamins or minerals I can take to help conceive, I would like to try natural practices rather than fertility drugs. I'm 41 years old and having a baby is so important to me. I've had miscarriages in the past...can you help me please. Thank you in advance for any information.

Our Answer

The inability to become pregnant is usually hormonal problems. Some frequent causes in women include pelvic disease, chlamydia infection (untreated), and sometimes an allergic reaction to their partner's sperm. Since there are so many possible causes, it's a good idea to see a qualified physician and eliminate all the possible causes. After that's been done following a nutritional program to support your body nutritionally and hormonally will put your body in the best position to conceive.

Here's the protocol:

Full spectrum nutrition

  • Folic Acid................400 mcg extra
  • Vitamin B6............... 50 mg extra
  • Zinc......................... 50-100 mg per day
  • Vitamin E................ 400-800 IU extra
  • Ovarian Glandular Extract.....4-8 tablets per day
  • L-Arginine................4 grams per day
  • Iron...........................10-20 mg per day
  • Vitamin B12.............100-300 mcg per day

Since stress is often involved in hormone imbalance, a high potency B-complex formula, taken two or three times per day is often helpful. Hope this is helpful to you! Good luck.
